This project was a 3 level villa. The challenge with this project was to ensure we encaptured the various surroundings of the magnificent location. This included the coastline, the National park rainforest and river scenes.
Each level of this stunning villa has been created with a different look and feel. Even with different styles on each level, we were alway making sure the internal environment worked in unison with the ever changing scenery externally. The mandate for this project was to design the interior without being ” too beachy”. As you can see from the photos, we succeeded.

This eclectic style works beautifully. You are surprised and treated as you enter each room on each level. I am now in the process of starting a new villa in this same development. This website will be updated regularly to enable you to follow the design and progress of this project.

Furniture pieces were custom designed by Gary Hamer. These include the dining table, console, entertainment unit and coffee table, all constructed from American oak and treated with a milk finish.
